Service Information

 

Thank you for hiring “Diving Needs” for your pool repairs. It is our desire to make the experience a positive one for both the pool owner and our company.

 

Please note the following conditions as they relate to your service call:

  • We try to return scheduling calls as soon as possible but in some cases, especially during peak seasons, it may take us a few days to get back to you. If you have not heard back from us within three days please feel free to call back. We appreciate your patience.
  • Service calls are conducted between 8 am and 2 pm. However, mitigating conditions prevent us from giving you an exact time when we will be at your pool – at times it will depend on the service call before yours and things such as traffic conditions.
  • Safe and convenient access to the pool is critical for a service call.
    • Please make sure gates are unlocked.
    • Please secure any pets inside the home or business. Pets should not be present in the yard on the day scheduled for your service. Even the mildest of dogs do bite and can escape from fenced in areas.
    • Please clean up around the pool deck as we need to walk around it to examine the pool.
    • Please have your pool uncovered before we arrive for your appointment.
    • Please do not schedule your pool service call for the same time that construction work, yard work or driveway paving is being done. We have several pieces of heavy equipment that we need to carry and we need to park as close to the pool as possible.
  • Black dotted liners are extremely difficult to find holes in (we are looking for a black dot). Service will be performed at our discretion.

Payment is expected at the time of service. If someone will not be available at the residence on the day of your service then payment can be left in an envelope. If payment is not available the service will not be performed and a $50.00 charge will be added to the subsequent service call. We schedule several service calls a day, and unfortunately cannot afford to wait for you to arrive home from work, school or another obligation.
